Selenium Complex contains 365 easy-to-swallow tablets in a convenient 1-year supply. The high-dose tablets contain 200 mcg elemental selenium per tablet, which is composed of 50% sodium selenite, 25% selenium yeast & 25% L-selenomethionine. By using the three different forms of selenium in the optimal 2:1:1 ratio, optimal bioavailability and usability of the trace element can be guaranteed. Sodium selenite is absorbed more quickly by the body and is available to the body more quickly.
