Contents: Chlorine dioxide 0.3%, distilled water
Storage: Store in a dark and cool place.
Info:
Chlorine dioxide is highly effective against viruses, bacteria, borrelia and other single-cell pathogens.
Chlorine dioxide has a disinfecting effect
CDL = MMS?
When CDL is referred to, milliliters of chlorine dioxide solution 0.3% or 3000ppm is meant. MMS is the old form where two components are still used (sodium chlorite and hydrochloric acid).
Chlorine dioxide is one chlorine atom bonded to two oxygens. It is unstable, and decomposes very easily when exposed to light and temperature. That's why it also needs to be in the fridge to last longer.
Difference chlorine and chlorine dioxide oxidation
The difference between chlorine oxidation and chlorine dioxide oxidation is that in the chemical property of chlorine, the released chlorine forms a compound with a substance, creating a new substance, which in most cases is toxic and carcinogenic. Chlorine dioxide doesn't do that. Chlorine dioxide never forms a compound with a substance. A "clean" oxidation occurs, whereby the substance is destroyed without a toxic substance being produced from it. The chlorine ion released from the oxidation of ClO2 combines with sodium (Na+) to form table salt (NaCl) - which in the usual dose is absolutely essential for life. There are toxic and harmless chlorine compounds: Harmless is the chlorine in the useful table salt NaCl, and in the useful chlorine dioxide. On the other hand, there are the dangerous chlorine compounds such as chlorine bleach, or swimming pool chlorination.
Violet glass (mironglass)
MIRON violet glass blocks the entire spectrum of visible light with the exception of the violet component. At the same time, it offers the transmission of a certain amount of radiation in the spectral range of UV-A and infrared light. This unique combination provides optimal protection against the aging processes triggered by visible light, thus enabling the extended shelf life and effectiveness of products.
