MSM is the abbreviation of methylsulfonylmethane or also dimethylsulfone. MSM is a building material of the structural protein collagen, which is an important element of many body structures. Our body consists of about 0.2 percent sulfur. If there is a sulphur deficiency, our own substances, such as glutathione against free radicals, can no longer do their job optimally, which can have a negative effect on our body.
Glycine has three particularly important functions: As a component of the hemoglobin metabolism, the amino acid is jointly responsible for the transport of oxygen in the blood. Glycine is equally important for the keratin metabolism. Creatine provides energy to muscle cells and is involved in muscle building. Glycine is also the most abundant amino acid in collagen, accounting for about 33 percent. This structural protein of connective tissue is an important component of bones, cartilage, teeth, skin and tendons.
Magnesium is the turbo mineral in the body. It is involved in the formation of over 300 enzymes and has an influence on many body and muscle functions. But that's not enough! Furthermore, magnesium has a supporting effect on the following complaints:

Osteoarthritis and magnesium, how are they related? Quite simply, the greatest magnesium density is found in the periosteum. Borax is a mineral which consists of sodium, boron, oxygen and water. It is known to have been used for over 4000 years. Borax occurs naturally in the soil in many areas of the world, but the amount available is becoming less and less due to industrial agriculture. The high pH value of 9.3 is one aspect that makes borax so useful for health. It is highly alkaline and can thus counteract the over-acidification of the body. Boron deficiency causes hyperactivity of the parathyroid glands, which then secrete too much of their hormone. The hormone releases calcium from the bones and teeth, which increases the level of calcium in the blood. This leads to joint arthritis and other forms of osteoarthritis and arthritis, as well as osteoporosis and dental damage. With age, high calcium levels lead to calcification of soft tissues, causing muscle tension and joint stiffness. Likewise, the arteries and endocrine glands, especially the pineal gland and ovaries calcify.
