Melatonin is a hormone that regulates the sleep-wake cycle. The active ingredient is used to treat sleep disorders (insomnia). Melatonin also promotes the expression of antioxidant enzymes through signal transduction via activated melatonin receptors.
Melatonin in liquid form with DMSO can be used both internally and externally.
Suggested use: 1 drop orally or on the hollow of the elbow 30 minutes before bedtime
